There have been miserable and disappointing days over the years in Tampa but none more so than this one. The rain fell, the offense disappeared and the Bucs lost to a 2-10 team playing a rookie QB. The passing game that looked so good earlier in the season is just a distant memory and multiple failures to convert on 4th down with a patchwork offensive line led to a fourth defeat in five games to fall into a tie with the idle Panthers.
