The Bucs opened the post-Brady era with a somewhat surprising win on the road in Minnesota having gone North as six
point underdogs. Three forced turnovers kept them in the game early before Mike Evans’ 82nd career touchdown tied the
scores just before half-time. The second half saw a more ball control offense and some key third down conversions with
Baker Mayfield scrambling at times to keep drives alive. Chase McLaughlin eventually won it with a 57-yard fieldgoal.
