Another offensive shootout game and once more the Tampa Bay defense could not come up with a stop when it was desperately needed. Having held the Seahawks to 13 points at half-time, the Bucs were outscored in every way in the second half and it was only thanks to a missed fieldgoal that the game went to overtime. The Bucs never saw the ball in the extra period meaning excellent games from Jameis Winston and Mike Evans went to waste.
