And then it was four home losses in a row. In a nationally-televised Thursday night game, the Bucs simply did not have enough firepower to go up and down the field against the NFL’s No.1 ranked offense and the Tampa defense could not stop Matt Ryan and the Falcons at all. The Bucs put up some nice offensive numbers but the final score came on a garbage time drive after Jameis Winston had left the game injured on a failed two-point conversion. The Bucs started their fourth different running back of the season and had yet another receiver, Russell Shepard, inactive for the game.
