With the first overall pick on the line, both the Bucs and Titans were doing everything they could to lose in the
fourth quarter of their respective games. The Buccaneers “won” by throwing away a 20-7 fourth quarter lead in
which key players were “rested” and the playbook went back to pre-season levels. It was unreal hearing Buc fans
booing an endzone interception as everyone knew the best option was for the Bucs to actually lose the game.
