Nathan Wonsley got his first start as an undrafted rookie free agent with James Wilder out injured, and promptly rushed for 138 yards and two scores as the Bucs won their first road game in two and a half seasons. Steve Young only passed for 39 yards in his first start of the season as the dominant Buc rushing attack amassed 229 yards on the day. Two late Lion touchdowns made the score appear closer than it really was.
