30 minutes into the 1985 season and the Bucs led the eventual-champion Bears 28-17. Two months later and the Bucs were still winless after nine games. Even acquiring Steve Young from the USFL would not help as Leeman Bennett began to prove that he was just a poor NFL head coach.
