Despite falling behind 14-0 in the first quarter, the Buccaneers used a strong run game and opportunistic turnovers to roll to a comfortable victory in San Francisco against a bad 49ers team that fell to 1-6 on the season. Jacquizz Rodgers had another massive game meaning the absence of Doug Martin and Charles Sims was not noticed and Mike Evans led from the front for the receiving corps missing Vincent Jackson. The 49ers only offense came on Colin Kaepernick scrambles and an interception and fumble recovery led to Buccaneer points when he did start moving their offense downfield.
