Ted Hendricks blocked Bill Capece's 31-yard fieldgoal attempt with five seconds left to give the Raiders a narrow win after leading 15-0 in the third quarter.   Doug Williams passed for 325 of his 335 yards in the final 22 minutes to spark the comeback, 178 of them coming on four receptions by Kevin House.
