Free agent signed before the 1990 season

Probably the most over-rated Buccaneer Pro Bowl selection of all-time. A free agent pick-up from the Giants before the 1990 season but wound up starting every game that season and recorded seven interceptions with three touchdowns. This got him his trip to Hawaii as everyone forgot how many times he was beaten that year. There was no mistake the following season and after four more starts of bad coverage, was benched and then released. He was picked up by the Cincinnati Bengals and started seven games before leaving the NFL for good.
