Started for most of the 1997 season at outside linebacker until getting hurt late in the season. Started nearly 100 games for the Seahawks and Saints including two Pro Bowl trips as a special teamer during his time in Seattle. Originally entered the NFL as an undrafted free agent with Seattle in 1988 and progressed from special teams to a starting role. Never played in the NFL again after leaving Tampa Bay.
