Played parts of two seasons with the Bucs and made three starts at linebacker in the process. Played all the 1977 season and saw his only starting action for the Tampa Bay defense that year. Was waived in the 1978 pre-season and played briefly for the Vikings before being re-signed by the Bucs for the final five games of the 1978 campaign. Entered the Buffalo game that year for one play and promptly recorded a sack.
