Third generation of his family to play in the NFL and a three-year starter at guard for the Buccaneers. Has also played center for the Lions and was with the expansion Cleveland team when he got injured celebrating one of their few touchdowns and injured his ACL missing the rest of the season. Returned to the Buccaneer organisation as an assistant coach for two seasons under Jon Gruden in 2003 and 2004.
