Played two seasons as a back-up linebacker and special teamer for the Bucs who had missed his rookie season through injury. Backed up Kevin Murphy for two years but did get to record a sack in the home loss to the Vikings in October 1988. Went on to play three years with San Diego and two with the Los Angeles Rams starting 47 games in the process before retiring after the 1994 season.
