Originally a 7th round pick of the Raiders in the 1978 draft, he was waived in the pre-season by Oakland. Signed by the Bucs for special teams purposes for the final two games of the 1978 season and made one special teams' tackle. Did not make the 1979 team out of camp and never played in the NFL again.
