Played four seasons with the Bucs and started almost every game he was healthy for during that time but was not the ball-hawking safety the team needed at any time. Signed as a free agent in March 2015 from the Bears where he had played four seasons having originally entered the NFL as a 3rd round pick in 2011. Had started over 50 games for the Bears and recorded his first NFL interception against the Bucs in London in 2011. Not offered a new contract after the 2018 season and never played in the NFL again.
