Never lived up to his draft hype having been the seventh overall selection in the 1991 draft and the first offensive player chosen. Moved in and out of the starting line-up during his five seasons in Tampa moving inside from tackle to guard later in his career. Moved on to play for the Raiders after leaving the Bucs. Always highly regarded by British fans after he gave up a day of his vacation to meet with them in 1993.
