Was the starting free safety for two seasons but was allowed to leave as a free agent after the 2016 season. Moved into the starting strong safety position with
five weeks left in the 2014 season and impressed many with his play recording his first career NFL interception in the season finale against New Orleans.
Appeared in three of the final six games of the 2013 season and was a gameday inactive for the others. Switched to the No.30 jersey for the 2014 season.
Went on to play five more years in the NFL with the Seahawks, Titans and Jaguars.
