From his supposed colour-blindness to his record number of interceptions thrown, no-one ever gave Vinny any credit. Not that he deserved that much though. He had some memorable games including the "Vincredible" game against Green Bay in 1992 when he was 21 of 23 for 363 yards and three TDs. Started the final few games of his rookie season and was then handed the keys to the franchise by Ray Perkins in 1988 when he was just not ready to do it. Left the Bucs as a free-agent in 1993 to become a back-up in Cleveland and went on to play later for the New York Jets and also in the Pro Bowl.
