The Bucs UK were formed in December 1984 with an initial six members. Since that date, we have been officially recognised by the Buccaneer franchise and have enjoyed a fantastic working relationship with them in terms of game tickets, information, merchandise and support. The main function of the club for many years was its' monthly magazine, "There's Always Next Year". But after 197 issues, we switched to a website and BUCPOWER.COM was born on January 5, 2002. It quickly established itself as the leading NFL-fan site on either side of the Atlantic and continues to grow in terms of information and features on a daily basis. The aim of this website is to provide Buccaneer fans everywhere, with information about the players and the franchise, dating back to its inception in 1976. Information and pictures on this site come from a wide range of sources and we are happy to give credit to those parties where due. Anything detailed on BUCPOWER.COM will be by recommendation only. The Bucs UK now boasts over 300 UK-based members, many of whom travel to Tampa each season to see their team play with tickets arranged through the club. The club is run by Phil Jones and Paul Stewart. Phil looks after the club's extensive merchandise catalogue and game tickets, whilst Paul produces the website and the day-to-day running of the Bucs UK.
