The No.19 shirt
A change in the award after the 2012 season as Mike Williams too over the recognition from the Super Bowl-winner in the 19 jersey. Williams proved to be an absolute steal having been a 4th round pick and in spite of things going sour off the field after 2013, he remains one of the best receivers in franchise history.

Essex Johnson was a former starting back in Cincinnati who wound up with the expansion Bucs because he was available and marginally better than using one of the coaches or cheerleaders. Gary Huff made six starts the following year at quarterback for the Bucs but with the only distinction that he started the first two wins in franchise history.

Brice Hunter was unfortunately in the news after he left the Bucs when he was tragically murdered in Chicago, and Ike Hilliard did a decent enough job over four seasons but not enough to take the honour away from the two mainstays in the number.

One player is always going to be associated with this number of course in Buc history, and he will also go down as the most self-centered and self-opinionated player in franchise history too. But whatever you say about Keyshawn Johnson, he did do a good job during the three and a half seasons he was in Tampa, if not quite as good as he thought he did.

Marcus Thigpen owned the number but only for a limited number of kick and punt return plays in 2014 but in 2016 came the highest drafted kicker in franchise history, Roberto Aguayo who will go down as one of the biggest draft busts of all-time.
