The No.10 shirt
Of the eight players to have worn this number for the Bucs, four have been quarterbacks but probably only one is someone Buc fans have ever heard of. Mike Boryla was actually a Pro Bowler who missed the entire 1977 season through injury after signing as a free agent and then didn't do a lot once he did get a chance to play.

Mike Ford was the No.3 QB behind Doug Williams and firstly Chuck Fusina and then Jerry Golsteyn in the early 1980s, whilst former Seahawk Jim Zorn started the third and final replacement game in 1987 replacing John Reaves.

So aside from FUAT who took over the No.10 jersey in honour of his countryman and soccer hero (and dirty handballing cheat) Diego Maradona, we are left with Shaun King as being the best QB to wear the number for the Bucs. Five years in Tampa with some 20-odd starts for the local boy, although he never lived up to his early rookie promise as defenses realised he had no NFL-calibre arm.

The most recent offensive player to wear the number was 2008 rookie flop Dexter Jackson who showed amazing speed in pre-season and then an amazing lack of ability in the regular season. Connor Barth took over the kicking duties midway through the 2009 season and merely became the most accurate kicker in franchise history before injuring his ACL in the summer of 2013 that ultimately led to his release.
