Started all five games he played in for Ray Perkins' 1987 team. Had originally been a 4th round pick of the Steelers in 1982 and played five seasons in Pittsburgh recording 11 interceptions and seeing a fair amount of time as their punt returner in 1986. Never played in the NFL again after leaving Tampa Bay. .
