Profile
Was a Buccaneer briefly during 1987 having played against Tampa Bay for San Diego in the second week of the strike games and set an opposing team franchise record for QB completion percentage in the Chargers' win. Ray Perkins wound up signing Neuheisel to the roster in December, some two months after the strike ended but he never actually played in a game. Went on to become a successful college coach at Washington and Colorado but ended up in the gridiron news for his problems in college coaching for gambling.
