Profile
Played half the 1986 season with probably the worst team in franchise history and saw limited time in the backfield after James Wilder was hurt. A former 7th round pick of the Bengals, he was waived in camp by Cincinnati and signed as a free agent with the Bucs in October 1986. Scored his first NFL touchdown against Buffalo when he recovered a fumbled kickoff return in the endzone. Is a cousin of former Buccaneer linebacker Andy Hawkins. Did return to the NFL during 1987 and played two games for the Bengals without carrying the ball.
