Profile
Started the first five games of the season at middle linebacker before Shelton Quarles returned from injury. Saw a lot more playing time in 2003 but remained a key part of the special teams' coverage squads. Spent his third straight season as the back-up middle linebacker on 2002 , this time to Shelton Quarles after two years behind Jamie Duncan. Came out of college a year early with a rap for off-field problems, but has been a model citizen in the pros.
