Profile
Spent 1987 as the Bucs' third-string QB but never saw any playing time. Even only played sparingly in the pre-season that year taking only eight snaps and was 2 of 5 for 46 yards. Retired after that season and went into coaching. Became the Bucs' offensive co-ordinator in 1996 under Tony Dungy and held that position for four years before being fired after the NFC Championship Game whilst coaching the NFC Pro Bowl team in Hawaii. The son of Hall of Fame legend Don Shula.
