Was active for just the first game of the season where he returned kickoffs and then spent the rest of the season as a gameday inactive. The Bucs' coaching staff remain incredibly high on his potential hence why he stayed on the main roster and was not exposed on the practice squad. Had 26 carries for 83 yards in the pre-season and a bunch of good kick returns including a 74-yarder in the opening game against Miami, His big-play ability was evident in his career 7.1 yards per carry at Utah State and his 15 touchdowns in just 184 carries.
