RICH McKAY
Elected to the Bucs UK Hall of Fame in 2004
The architect behind the scenes of the Buccaneers' return to success in the past ten years and someone who had been connected with the Bucs since the expansion season of 1976.
Originally a ballboy for the first-ever team that his father coached and brother started at WR for, Rich went to Princeton to gain his law degree. He re-joined the Buccaneers in the early 1990s as their legal counsel and moved up to the General Manager role shortly before the Glazer family bought the franchise in 1995.
Having seen his beloved team win the SuperBowl in January 2003, he resigned his post in November that year after a falling-out with Jon Gruden over personnel matters and joined the Atlanta Falcons in the same role.
