Started the first two games of the 2013 season having won the starting tight end job in pre-season but was then placed on IR and lost for the remainder of the year. Had spent the previous two seasons as the Bucs' No.2 tight end and primary blocker in that role making 20 starts in the process. Scored his first NFL touchdown in the Week 3 loss to Dallas. Was the first offensive player chosen by the Buccaneers in 2011 after three rounds ruled by front-seven defensive acquisitions. In four seasons at Tennessee, he caught 85 passes for 956 yards and eight touchdowns.
