Profile
Obtained in a high-profile trade with the Jets for a pair of first round picks and spent his entire Buccaneer career mouthing off at fellow players, coaches and the media. Eventually was suspended by the team in November 2003 for conduct detrimental to the success of the team. Would have been released there and then but for salary cap issues and was eventually traded to the Cowboys in March 2004 for WR Joey Galloway. Posted some big receiving numbers during his time with the Bucs including a pair of 1,000-yard seasons. Author of the famous Give me the damn ball book when he was a Jet. Selected to the 2001 Pro Bowl. Was the first pick of the entire 1996 draft and went to two Pro Bowls whilst with the Jets.
Pro Bowl selection 2001.
Selected as the 49th Greatest player in Buccaneer history in 2007.
