Was sparingly used after his return and eight of his 13 receptions came in the two games before he got hurt. Was a DNP and healthy inactive in the Carolina and Atlanta road games. Had become the first Buccaneer receiver to record three 1,000-yard seasons after another year in 2007 as the deep threat of the Tampa Bay offense and a succession of big play touchdowns. Recorded the second-best receiving season in franchise history in 2005 behind Mark Carrier's 1989 campaign and only narrowly missed being selected to his first Pro Bowl.
