Played six seasons with the Bucs including each playoff game under John McKay as the No.2 tight end to Jimmie Giles and a special teams leader. Originally a 7th round pick of the Giants in 1975, he played his rookie season on special teams before being traded to San Francisco for two more seasons of only occasional playing time. Was the starting tight end on John McKay's final national champion team at USC in 1974.
