Played briefly with the 1988 squad and made one start in a two-tight end formation against the Buffalo Bills having originally been a 5th round pick) of the Houston Oilers in the 1986 draft. Played two seasons for the Oilers and saw action in 12 games but without ever making a reception. Sat out the entire 1989 season and did not make the 1990 team out of camp and never played in the NFL again after leaving Tampa Bay.
