Experienced NFL back-up QB who had seen time with the Cowboys and Giants before competing for a role in training camp with the Bucs in 2004. Was waived in the final roster cutdown and was commentating for Fox during the Bucs v Saints game when Chris Simms was hurt. Was re-signed to the roster the following day and was the designated inactive third QB for the next two weeks before Simms healed. Was then waived again. Became head coach of the Dallas Cowboys during the 2009 season.
