Quiet receiver who ranks sixth in franchise history in receptions and fifth in yardage. Formed a dynamic partnership with Kevin House for several seasons and was still one of the team's leading receivers when he finished his career after eight seasons with the Buccaneers. Was an alternate Pro Bowl vote in 1984 following his best season. Was originally waived by the Bucs in camp 1980 and played three games as a New York Jet before being re-signed by the Bucs for the final two games of that season.
Selected as the 48th Greatest player in Buccaneer history in 2007.
