Profile
Spent two seasons with the Bucs starting six games in the process, most of which came in 1978 when Doug Williams was out injured. Had previously spent four seasons with the Chicago Bears before coming to Tampa having originally been a 2nd round pick of the Bears back in 1973, ahead of such luminaries as Ron Jaworski and Dan Fouts. Came out of retirement to briefly suit up for the 1985 Memphis Showboats of the USFL but never threw a pass. Did quarterback the Bucs to their first two wins in franchise history however.
