Profile
Veteran linebacker who was expected to replace Al Singleton at strongside linebacker but was beaten out by the emergence and strong camp of Ryan Nece. Saw action in every game and made two starts in the middle of the year when Nece was out hurt. Played extensively on special teams. Had started 77 games in his NFL career and has 11.5 sacks and one interception in his years with Cleveland and previously Minnesota. Was originally the 20th pick of the first round of the 1997 draft. Released in March 2004 in a salary cap-related move and subsequently signed a contract with the Oakland Raiders.
