Profile
Played the first two games of the 1987 season but suffered a pulled abdomen injury and missed the rest of his rookie season. Did not make the 1988 roster out of camp. Won a national title in college with Penn State defeating Vinny Testaverde's Miami Hurricanes in the Fiesta Bowl. Had been a three-year starter for the Nittany Lions and set up a key score in the Fiesta Bowl by tipping a pass that was picked off by Shane Conlan. Went on to be signed by the Buffalo Bills and made 10 appearances for them during 1988 and a single one for the Redskins in 1989 before leaving the NFL for good.
