Dirk Koetter
Dirk Koetter was announced as the 11th head coach of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on January 15, 2016 having been promoted from his role of Offensive Co-Ordinator where he had led the 2015 Bucs to the best offensive season in franchise history.

He has experience as a co-ordinator with both the Jaguars and Falcons in the NFL and has twice been a head coach in the college ranks leading Boise State and Arizona State to a record of 66-44. He also played quarterback at Idaho State from 1978 to 1981 and was a part of the school’s 1981 Division 1-AA national championship team.
