Released before the start of training camp having missed off-season workouts. Had a good second NFL season in 2011 and led the Buccaneers with six touchdown passes. Saw action primarily in passing downs as the third or fourth receiver but did make two starts when Arrelious Benn was injured. Had a career-high eight receptions in the final game of the season in Atlanta along with two touchdowns. Had been promoted from the practice squad at the end of November 2010 and played the final two games of the season. Was signed to the Bucs' practice squad at the start of the season but on a full rookie salary showing how much the Bucs coveted his potential. Was originally selected by Cincinnati in the 6th round of the 2010 draft after a prolific collegiate career at Kansas.
