Profile
Played parts of two seasons with the Bucs but will be now most remembered for his 1999 appearance in Tampa with the Redskins in the divisional playoff game. His botched snap cost Washington the chance of a winning fieldgoal and put the Bucs into the Championship Game against the Rams. He retired from the NFL after that season and sadly died of cancer less than 18 months later. His brother Matt punted in the NFL for over a decade. Was originally a 4th round pick (101st overall selection) of the Steelers in the 1985 draft and was the only regular roster player to break the 1987 NFLPA strike and hence appeared for the Bucs in their final replacement game against the Vikings.
