Spent three seasons with the Bucs as a back-up in the secondary and key member of the special teams squads. Made eight starts at free safety during that time when Cody Grimm and Tanard Jackson were out injured and had an interception in the Wembley game against the Bears. Orginally signed from the Bengals' practice squad in September and played special teams and also some nickel safety the remainder of the year. Proved adept at kick blocking in college and continued the trend in the NFL by blocking both a punt and a fieldgoal during the 2009 season. Originally entered the league as a sixth-round pick (177th overall) of the Bengals in the 2008 NFL draft. Went on to play briefly for the Colts and Titans after leaving Tampa Bay.
