Played a bigger part in 2009 than he had in previous seasons but was still never more than the No.4 receiver and a member of the special teams' coverage squads. Ranked third in that category in tackles and only missed two games in November in what was his first full season on the active roster. 2008 had been his second straight season coming off the practice squad. Joined the Denver Broncos as an undrafted free agent in 2006 and eventually appeared in six regular-season games during his rookie season. Left after the 2009 season as a free agent to join the Detroit Lions.
