Spent two seasons as one of the main special teams' coverage players and came close to leading the 2006 Bucs in such tackles. Was usually the first gunner downfield on punts and a few times downed balls from Josh Bidwell deep in opposition territory. Originally joined the NFL as a seventh-round draft pick of the Detroit Lions in 2003 and saw action with them and the Jaguars as well as a couple of weeks on the Buccaneers' practice squad. Played in NFL Europe in 2005 with the Hamburg Sea Devils. Was released in April 2007 and went on to play one more season with the Cincinnati Bengals.
