One of the poster boys for franchise bad behaviour with an off-season rap sheet for misdemeanours and arrests before the Bucs finally tired of his antics and traded him to New England in October 2012. On the field he was one of the best cover corners the franchise has ever had but the price for such talent was too high to pay. Was the Bucs' first pick in the 2008 draft and the 20th overall selection. The highest ever cornerback selected by the franchise and only the 2nd time a first round pick has been used on a corner (Rod Jones 1986).
