Profile
Played in every game in 2007 but more as the No.2 or even No.3 tight end having been surpassed on the depth chart by Jerramy Stevens. All of his five receptions came in the final weeks of the season. Was a former first round pick of the Jets acquired in the trade the Buccaneers made in 2000 to obtain Keyshawn Johnson. In five seasons in New York, he played in 78 of a possible 80 regular-season games and started 72 of them. Had 133 receptions for 1,164 yards in his time with the Jets with a high of 40 catches in 2003. Signed with the St.Louis Rams as a free agent in March 2008.
