Bruce Arians’ first season as Buccaneer head coach was more up and down than any other in franchise history.  Losing streaks, win streaks and the first quarterback in NFL history to throw 30 touchdowns and 30 interceptions in a single season.  Jameis Winston also passed for 5,000 yards as the offense ranked as one of the best in the NFL once again and as the year went on, the youthful secondary started playing well too.   Shaq Barrett led the NFL with 19.5 sacks but losing the final two games at home cost the chance of a winning season.
