Much was expected of the 2013 Tampa Bay Buccaneers with a roster loaded with talent and the second year of Greg Schiano coaching. But a series of off-field problems, the release of Josh Freeman and an 0-8 start meant the year went down the tubes pretty quickly. Some hope was regained with four wins in five games but the final mark of 4-12 was simply too much for ownership to ignore and both Schiano and GM Mark Dominik were released the day after the season ended.
