Most pundits had the Bucs winning no more than four games in 2010. Everyone expected Raheem Morris to be fired and the season to be a disaster. Oh how wrong they all were. The Bucs jumped out to a 3-1 and then 5-2 start and stayed in the playoff hunt right to the final week with a collection of rookies, undrafted free agents and the best young QB in the NFL. In spite of crippling injuries, these young resilient Bucs just kept coming back for more and ended the year 10-6 with the respect of fans and pundits around the world.
